In every renovation, our desire is to bring forward the things that are most important to today’s buyer within the framework of the architecture.
This 1200 square foot brick ranch home was modest but had a lot of potential to be relevant for a small family, first time homebuyer or someone looking to build a rental portfolio. It suffered from some years of neglect but all of that was about to come back to life.
We spent our efforts focusing on things that would impact every day life for its residents; which meant updating the kitchen entirely, adding an island to improve the flow and give additional seating, and giving some much needed storage in the bathroom.
Smaller projects can have a huge impact and this McDaniel property is a perfect show of that.
