We have never shied away from a project most others would walk away from. This little house was a complete top to bottom renovation. It started with four exterior walls, a foundation and rafters. That was all that remained with any value from the original structure. Having been abandoned, it was in much need of TLC. That’s where we excel. Just like a tattered travel trailer, we immediately could see the potential of this little house. We knew it would make a lovely home for somebody.
We transformed this 1000 sq ft house into 3 bedrooms / 1.5 baths with a comfortably sized, open-concept living, dining and kitchen. We added an indoor laundry, fireplace with built-ins and a lot of character.
